The IT - Computer Support Specialist Associate Degree program prepares learners in three areas of support: software, hardware and help desk. Graduates will be proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, computer hardware, design and development of databases, basic computer network technologies, formal help desk environments and mobile computing devices. This program prepares learners to test for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification, A+ Certification, HDI Customer Support Representative (HDI-CSR) and HDI-Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST) Certifications.
